Do personal trainers work with beginners like me?

Yes. A big misconception is that personal trainers deal only with advanced and elite athletes. We work with any level of experience, from someone who has never been to a gym to professional athletes.

I have an injury/condition, can I still benefit from training with a personal trainer?

Yes, of course. Once your doctor/surgeon has given you the green light to start exercise, you will go through our one hour full body assessment. We will check mobility, flexibility, joint alignment. If for any reason we find out that we can’t help you, we will refer you to a physiotherapist or someone else with the right expertise for you.

Shall I lose some weight before reaching out to a personal trainer?

No. If you think you have a few extra kilos/pounds, best thing you can do is to get professional advise on what best strategy would suit you best.

Am I too old to get a personal trainer?

No, there no age limitations to start training with a personal trainer. We have personally trained and delivered results to a vast range of individuals. From university student to retired professionals in their late 80s. Any time is the perfect time to start training with a professional.
